We recommend you watch the videos in the order listed. The length of each video is as follows:

If you would like to watch the videos with subtitles, you should find an icon that turns on subtitles, in the bottom right corner of the screen when playing each video. 

There is also a pdf with a summary of some of the points and the questions from the end of each episode. You may find it easier to use the pdf as a reference document for the questions rather than pausing each video at its end.
