Youth & Children's Worker
Central Baptist Church, Chelmsford

Full Time: £27,000 - £29,000 p.a.
We are looking for a new colleague who is dynamic, gifted, and passionate about God to join our
large (350+) and lively multi-national church, to head up our growing (100+) youth and children's
ministry.
You will work alongside an experienced staff team and manage an amazing group of volunteers,
overseeing our Sunday Y&C's programme and a wide variety of other Y&C's groups and events.
The role involves the pastoral care and discipleship of young people within the church as well as
exploring opportunities reaching out to others, through school's ministry, social-media, and your own
new initiatives.
