Ministerial Formation Lead

As the Baptist Union of Great Britain, we have a fresh vision for ministerial and leadership formation that is not a moment but a lifelong journey. This encompasses everything from initial training right through to the Continuing Ministerial Development of even our most experienced ministers.

We are looking for someone to lead this work who has demonstrable experience in ministerial formation, theological education and leadership development. You will bring strong theological grounding and the ability to articulate Baptist identity and ecclesiology, coupled with a real passion for developing our next generation of Baptist ministers and leaders.
