Assembly Sponsor Zone 2025 - information for organisations
This year’s Assembly is the first of a three-year plan focussing on different aspects of mission - with our venue this year being Bethel Convention Centre in West Bromwich.

The details of the space available for each organisation are as follows:

Premium space in a high footfall area where delegates will gather between scheduled sessions during the two days of Assembly

A limited number of tables available - 18 tables (4 ft length x 2.5 ft width - maximum height of space 7 ft)

Priority booking for 2026 at Harrogate Convention Centre

Booking will be on a 'first come, first served' basis for the 18 spaces
Price: £600 with 1 ticket and availability of electrical point for charging laptops, mobiles etc.
Please note, from a health and safety perspective, we cannot accommodate any television screens, furniture or additional units in this space as it is a high footfall area.
