Assembly Sponsor Zone 2025
Information for Organisations
This year’s Assembly is the first of a three-year plan focussing on different aspects of mission - with our venue this year being Bethel Convention Centre in West Bromwich.
Due to space constraints, we are unable to facilitate a Network Zone in 2025 and will instead offer a total of 16 spaces in an Assembly Sponsor Zone.
Assembly Sponsor Zone
The Assembly Sponsor Zone is an area dedicated to those organisations which would like to partner with the Baptist Union at this year’s Assembly.
The details of the space available for each organisation are as follows:

Premium space in a high footfall area where delegates will gather between scheduled sessions during the two days of Assembly

A limited number (16) 4-foot tables available

Priority booking for 2026 at Harrogate Convention Centre

Booking will be on a 'first come, first served' basis for the 16 spaces
Price: £600 with 1 ticket and availability of electrical point for charging laptops, mobiles, ipads etc.
Please note, from a health and safety perspective, we cannot accommodate any television screens, furniture or additional units in this space as it is a high footfall area.

We have a maximum of 16 spaces so please send us your completed form as soon as possible as requests will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis.
