Mental Health Access Pack

MentalHealthActionPack CardOne in four people experience a mental health problem at some point in their lifetime. This is as true for those in the church as anyone else. It can be hard to know how best to support those with mental health issues.

This free resource comes from a partnership between Livability, The Mind and Soul Foundation and Premier Life.

Together they created the pack in response to church leaders and those who attend church, who needed help and support with mental health issues. 

The pack is a reliable, Christian-based resource which presents the facts on key mental health issues – all in one place.
