LookAfterBuilding BannerMaintenance Planning

Making a plan defining who, what, where, and when the maintenance and repairs your building requires will be undertaken is essential, not only for making sure they take place, but also for defining and sticking to a budget.

Whilst there are plenty of preventative measures you can and should take, regardless of whether your building has started to present major issues, using your Quinquennial Inspection Report to include the recommended works identified by your inspection is critical, as every building is different, and its age, location, materials and even design, will all affect both its rate of deterioration and how easy it is address its maintenance and repair needs.
