Contemplative Practices During Lockdown

We were joined by Revd Jane Day, Centenary Enabler at the Baptist Union, Spiritual Director and Professional Coach, to explore the spiritual discipline of contemplation. Some of us may find the absence of a church or mission setting programme gifts us time to experiment with spiritual practices that are new to us; others of us may be looking for a way of handling the additional pressure of the effects of the pandemic. In either case, Jane will help us discover what contemplation might have to offer.

During the webinar, this handout will be used.
