Through the Roof is a registered charity that exists to Transform lives through Jesus with disabled people. Through the Roof has a vital mission, to support church and society on this journey from Access to Belonging to Commission (Matthew 28:19) and to equip disabled people so they can fully participate in the kingdom of God and use their gifts for God's glory.
Through the Roof also offer resources and videos for Disability Awareness Sunday, which is in late September each year.

Watch this video for Disability Awareness Sunday 2025 with Emily who is an award-winning Christian author and speaker. In this video, with Through the Roof, she shares that all are 'made in God's image' – including disabled and non-disabled people alike. She lost her hearing overnight aged 21, and walks with a crutch or uses a wheelchair. Emily says: "I’m a Christian. No idea how I’d get through life without God. Glad I don’t need to know."
On the theme ‘Journey with Jesus’, these clips were created from an interview with Baptist minister Andrew Miles - a hospital chaplain and wheelchair user, who has an assistance dog.
