Joining with Other Churches
If two Baptist churches join together this is an Amalgamation.
A Baptist church joining a church of another denomination will form an Ecumenical Partnership. Our
Faith and Society Team pages contain more information. Where property is shared, there will be an Ecumenical Sharing Agreement.
Sometimes churches want to allow part of their premises to be used by another Church or Christian group – who we have called a Guest Congregation
