Reaching your Community this Christmas

Churches Together in Caversham (CTC) realised that most of us will not be able to put on anywhere near a normal set of Christmas services, and any 'in person' services will have to be small and socially distanced. So as the CTC Christmas 'event' they will be posting a Christmas card to every Caversham house citing all the CTC church websites and it will also be printed with the full lyrics of 'O Little Town of Bethlehem'.

Then, like the NHS Thursday clap, they will also invite people to stand outside their front door at 5pm on Christmas Eve to sing that hymn together (recognising the regulations which apply regarding singing). CTC also hopes to have a professional-standard recording of it to launch on YouTube at the same time.
