We know that there are times when you need help from a specialist for yourself or for someone you are supporting. The following contacts may be useful to you at such a time:
 

Mind Card Local Minds
Local Minds provide mental health services in local communities across England and Wales.  Click the link to find your nearest local Mind.
   
NHS NHS Mental health services
Mental health services are free on the NHS, but in some cases you'll need a referral from your GP to access them.  There are some mental health services that allow people to refer themselves - including services for drug problems and alcohol problems, as well as NHS psychological therapies services (IAPT).
In England, if you need help for a mental health crisis, emergency or breakdown contact the NHS urgent mental health helplines offering 24-hour advice and support - for you, your child, your parent or someone you care for.
   
Rethink Card Rethink Mental Illness
Rethink's mission is to deliver a better life for people severely affected by mental illness. Their network of groups, services and advice lines are on hand to get you the support you need. Click the link and use your postcode to find support groups and services available in your area.
   
Samaritans Card Samaritans
Whatever you're going through, call Samaritans free any time, from any phone, on 116 123.  They offer a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you.
   
CMCS logo The Churches' Ministerial Counselling Service
CMCS can provide confidential independent help for those ministers, ministers’ spouses and adult members of their households who wish to access it, at a subsidised cost.

The National Autistic Society is the UK's leading charity for people on the autism spectrum and their families. Since 1962, we have been providing support, guidance and advice, as well as campaigning for improved rights, services and opportunities to help create a society that works for autistic people. OKRehab Drug and Alcohol Addiction
OK Rehab is a specialist drug and alcohol treatment provider offering inclusive treatment options via both inpatient and outpatient treatment providers. They work with clinics that are able to facilitate treatment taking place in your own home, provide professional intervention and home detoxification. Their aim is to help individuals break free from the shackles of addiction and find a treatment that’s ideally suited to their needs. This treatment is applicable for drug addiction, alcoholism and process/behavioural addictions.

Beat Card Eating disorders

Stonewall Card LGBT
Stonewall is there to help with any issues affecting LGBT people or their families. Whatever your situation, you’re not on your own.  They will do what they can to help or point you in the right direction to someone who can.
OCDUK Card OCD
OCD-UK offers help for the estimated three quarters of a million people living with and affected by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) here in the UK. They’re here to support people through the difficult times, right through to recovery and everything in between.

Selfharm Card Selfharm
Selfharm UK is dedicated to self-harm recovery, insight and support.  Their website has a range of blogs and also the opportunity to sign up to Alumina offering free online support for mental health and wellbeing for 14-19 year olds.
