Specialist Team Leader, Ministries

Leading the Ministries Team as part of the national Specialist Teams, the Ministries Team Leader works across the breadth of our Union, taking a lead in developing patterns of ministry formation and leadership development, and maintaining and developing Accreditation for Baptist Ministers, and supporting ministers in the wide variety of settings in which they minister.

This is a demanding role, requiring an accredited Baptist minister with significant pastoral and leadership experience.

The postholder needs to embody and model our Marks of Ministry and be wholeheartedly committed to our vision and culture as Baptists Together.
