Counselling Support
7 April - 3pm (updated 11 May)
Churches' Ministerial Counselling Service
During the current crisis the Churches' Ministerial Counselling Service continues to provide subsidised professional counselling to ministers and other adult members of their household. The counselling is totally confidential, including anonymous billing so no BUGB staff know who has accessed it. Details on how to arrange counselling are available from the CMCS website.
Association of Christian Counsellors
We've been asked by the Association of Christian Counsellors to make members of churches aware that counselling is available through them, for emotional and mental health issues. ACC are holders of the Professional Standards Authority Registration for counsellors. Click here to access their website.
ACC was approached by a number of NHS Trusts who were looking to refer those in need within their staff and beyond, and as a result they have set up a new service as a loving and compassionate Christian response to the request for help. Click here for a flyer with details.
